Alfredo Vasquez is an experienced civil attorney licensed in Washington, D.C. and Virginia. 


Born and raised in Peru, Alfredo is a fully bilingual lawyer in English and Spanish. He has experience working closely with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. His pragmatic approach and determined advocacy have resulted in successful outcomes for clients inside and outside the courtroom. He offers customized solutions tailored to each client’s budget and priorities. 


Before opening his own practice, Alfredo worked at a general practice law firm in Washington, D.C. where he focused on family law and civil litigation. There, he handled contested and uncontested divorces, guardianship petitions, real estate litigation, wills and trusts, and bankruptcy petitions. 


Alfredo previously worked at Legal Services of Northern Virginia, Northern Virginia’s legal aid provider. He provided low income clients with high quality representation, covering matters such as landlord-tenant, debt collection and foreclosure defense, and elder law. 


Prior to his legal career, Alfredo worked at the world’s largest proxy advisory firm, where he advised institutional shareholders on corporate governance at publicly traded companies in Latin America and the United States. His background in financial markets informs his client-focused law practice.
